Drilling Fluid Injector

The Drilling Fluid Injector is AIR operated, and TIME activated. The unit is completely self-contained and very easy to install. The Drilling Fluid Injector can be used to inject a wide range of different products however it is mainly used with our Hole Control Product for supporting broken/fractured ground whilst drilling. Hole Control speeds up drilling, consolidates the borehole wall and hole collar whilst keeping the borehole open ready for explosives loading. The product remains flexible and attached to the borehole wall/collar area for several weeks.
During Drilling of loose ground Hole Control binds the fragments of aggregate together inside the borehole which creates a greater surface area and allows the flushing air to easily eject these fragments out of the borehole. Other fragments are used to fill void areas inside the borehole leaving a "gun barrel" type column. Dust is never an issue when using Hole Control at a "maintenance" dose or "slug" dose level.
The Injector Unit
The pump is designed to deliver a measured amount of product each injection to ensure a proper mixture inside the water injection line. The pump has been designed with only one moving part to ensure low maintenance.
The timer assembly is available in a range of different voltages and is designed to measure the exact amount of injection necessary to deliver the amount of drilling fluid product desired. The timer unit has a setting dial on the face of the timer for the ease of increasing or decreasing the amount of injected product, or the timer can be pre-set for lubricating/injecting at a set rate.
All parts are warrantied of manufacturers defects for a period of one year of normal operation using only OEM products.
The Pump is not warrantied if dirt and debris is found in the check valves or pump itself.
Note: The air mixing motor must be oiled with two drops of an air oil daily.
